Select the drop down menu below the My Portrait tab, on the Pet Portraits page, to select a size of portrait, this will bring up a price for each size. Select a size and then select the order now button. Then Message me using the Message me Icon (on the right hand side of each page) or the contact me button (in every page footer) to upload the photos of your pets. Alternatively start a conversation with me using the Message me icon on the right hand side of any of the website pages. I can then take you through the order process including photo uploads step by step.

Canvas is a material stretched onto wood to create a canvas, it is ready to hang on the wall as it is, which makes it a popular choice with a gorgeous finish. Art paper, is textured acrylic painting paper, which is perfect if you wanted to have your portrait framed. I do not provide frames at this time.

Deadlines will vary depending on order quantities but please let me know if you require your painting for a specific date and I will try my best to deliver on or before it. Usual times vary between 3-4 weeks.

I'm happy to discuss any variation in portrait size, the number of pets or the background colour preferences, just message me to start a discussion.

Yes, I will send you a picture of the final version of your pet portrait to check you are happy with the final product, changes can be made.

I do not offer returns as these are bespoke handmade items however if they arrive damaged contact me to open discussions on refunds.

I offer Glossy and Lustre finishes to my photo prints.

Lustre is a finish between matte and glossy, it is perfect for a more arty feel to a photograph or in a room with full sunlight onto it, as the reflection will be less. Glossy is a classic photograph finsh, it is shiny and offers a professional sleek end product. Beware that in a reflective glass frame you may need to pick the right position in your house to minimise the reflection so you can best enjoy your photograph.

No frames are offered at this time.

I use an external printer so printing relies on their promtness but your print should arrive between 5-10 working days.

No this service is not offered at this time for my limited art pieces. This is only relevant in the pet portrait area of my website.

Yes the postage cost is within the price of my prints.

Yes all my paintings are 100% origional hand painted art works.

I use different materials for different artworks, but mainly I work with acrylic paints at this time.
